Step 1: General Information
Step 2: Program Selection (please note: since you are applying to a Study Program that considers applications on a rolling basis, first-come-first-serve, and class space is limited, it is possible for course that schedules and availability may change. It is thus mandatory for all applicants to put course selection alternates in their applications. Any application sent without course alternates will not be accepted).
Step 3: Payment, Costs & Payment Information
In the application, page four (step 3) you will find the different tuition fees and packages. Selected the one that is most applicable to the program you are applying to.
Step 4: Payment and Enrollment
There are three methods of payment:
1. Credit Card: Please e-mail or fax us the following information (fax +39 055 , email: ): Type of credit card, Credit Card number, CVC code (found on back of card), Expiration date, and your email address.

Please email us your bank receipt. (email: firstname.lastname@example.org ) All bank expenses need to be at student's charge.
It is necessary to cite the reason of payment on the bank transfer. Example: name of student, what's being paid for and session

Step 5: Other Info and Signatures
Once we have accepted your application and as soon as we receive your deposit, we will issue a letter of enrollment. With this letter of enrollment you can obtain, if it is the case, a student Visa at your nearest Italian Consulate or Embassy.
Please remember to bring with you to Italy a copy of all documents presented at the Consulate. Once in Florence, those documents and your students Visa will allow you to get a "Permesso di Soggiorno."
Please take note that by the Italian Immigration law, you are not allowed to extend your stay without returning home. For stays shorter than 30 days, a permesso di soggiorno is not required.
The tuition balance is due 30 days before the starting of the chosen program. For students enrolled in a 2 year program balance is due before the end of the first year of study.
Step 6: Accommodation (if applicable)
Here you will be given all the information pertaining to our housing options. For any information regarding Accommodation that is not present in the application, please refer to the Housing section of our website.
Step 7: Housing Request Form
If you have decided to do housing through you will need to fill out this portion of the application form. Make sure to complete all areas requested.
