Study of the development plan and the main Italian historical references.
Urban planning in our country and its instruments: the evolutionary framework of planning regulations since the war in relation to the events.
The limits of technical legal activity planning; report of the plan with the constraints and problems of the sector (landscape, soil conservation, nature protection).
The course will deal with the necessary basic knowledge and a first critical apparatus, the various territorial and urban issues in the context of the current time.

TECHNOLOGY OF MATERIALS AND BUILDING ELEMENTS
CE BS BE 350

The course will raise awareness of the materials and construction elements premodern and their evolution: structural and masonry envelope, structural elements in wood, steel structural elements in reinforced concrete.
Foundations and ground attack, stairs, roofs, doors and windows.
Promote a critical attitude based on performance, construction methods, aesthetic qualities and the relationship with the environment.

HYDRO AND RIVER BASIN
CE BS HB 355

The course aims to provide knowledge of hydrogeology applied to the exploitation of the aquifers;
at the end of the course you will be able to: apply the laws of water flow in porous media; apply the laws of movement of water in fractured media; describe the phases of construction of a well; learn about the legislative framework in the field of groundwater.

BUILDING REGULATIONS
CE BS BR 375

Study of technical and aesthetic, sanitary, safety and livability of buildings and their appurtenances. Definition of building parameters and their measurement criteria, the rules for the submission of applications for planning permission or the filing of the notice of commencement of activities, those for the composition and operation of the building committee, etc

MATERIALS AND SUSTAINABLE BUILDING ELEMENTS
CE BS SB  410

The course is aimed at training the knowledge of durable materials, technical characteristics and performance of traditional building materials and modern.
The student must accrue adequate sensitivity towards the conscious and responsible use of material resources in relation to the principles of performance efficiency and environmental sustainability.

PHYSICS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS
CE BS PH 420

Fundamentals and Applications of Technical Physics under construction.
Fundamentals of thermodynamics, the thermal fluid dynamics, heat transfer, lighting and acoustics, as well as the rational use of energy, the use of renewable energy sources and management techniques for energy services in buildings and in urban contexts . Attention to issues of environmental comfort and conservation of cultural heritage, the air-conditioning systems, techniques to mitigate the environmental impacts, including the light and the acoustic.

Description of the permit for usability and habitability.

TECHNICAL SYSTEMS
CE BS TS 470

The course will provide the acquisition of plant knowledge of the main types of mechanical, hydraulic equipment, electrical, lighting and the main concepts of fire prevention.
Develop the ability to manage the phase of the choices made in terms of sustainability in the broadest sense, including legislation, having the ability to communicate and interact with other professionals (heating engineer, plant engineer, engineers in acoustics and lighting) in order to find optimal solutions.
Acquire knowledge of the different types of technical systems, with the aim of encouraging the design of environments comfortable from the viewpoint of thermal, acoustic and luminous.

INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT
CE BS IA 475

The Law of Tuscany n. 01/2005

Try to go beyond the limits of the provisions of the European Directive, introducing the concept of integrated assessment, which seeks to embrace the whole decision-making process of the plan, and to go beyond environmental assessment. Particular attention is given to the integrated assessment of the effects of spatial, environmental, social and economic health, plans and programs of municipal jurisdiction. The most important measures that include the transformation of the territory, such as the Town Planning Regulations, must be preceded by this procedure.

SAFETY AT WORK
