WORK IN ITALY

The Mahasara Italia ONG  promotes various projects for young Italians, for foreigners residing in Italy and for those who intend to come to our country to work or study.

For that we started to develop the project entitled "International Mobility of foreign labours, through the study/work internships". This one  is to improve the ability and skills of workers who want to specialize in the field of their competence.

This project focuses also on the dissemination of European advanced techniques in developing countries because nowadays there is high demand for such knowledge.

In addition to the projects for non-EU citizens, the association develops initiatives to encourage young people of all nationalities to form in the field of work by providing them a funding promoted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.

This project was developed to reduce the "brain drain", the definition used for the emigration of talented people, because they believe that in Italy there are no job opportunities. To motivate young people to be realized in the professional field, the Ministry of Labour has begun to implement several projects.
